Exp’Air 67 was founded in early 2009. An environmentally committed company, it was one of the first testing operators for low-energy (BBC) homes and apartments. These years of experience have taken us into every type of building, from converted containers to hospitals, sports halls, schools, nurseries and after-school centres, and of course all types of houses and apartment buildings.

QUALIBAT qualification
Exp’Air 67 has been Qualibat 8711 qualified since 2010 for building envelope air permeability testing, and Qualibat 8721 since 2014 for ventilation duct air permeability testing. These state-recognised qualifications authorise us to carry out the tests used for the RE2020 end-of-works certificate.
